Today was Aidan's first bath and he actually liked it. He did cry for a second but he seemed pretty calm. We are so happy to have a clean baby....lol Shamrock was very excited about the bath.......I thought she was going to jump in with him.

2 Weeks Old

Aidan is now 2 weeks old. I still can't believe he is actually here. He is such a good baby and we are so in love with him. My pictures are nothing compared to Aunt Kristy's but here are a few that I have taken this past week.

When they say all babies do is sleep, eat and poop....boy are they right!

Aidan is now over a week old and is such a good baby. He sleeps pretty good at night....and sleeps most of the day. I feel like I should be doing something to entertain him but he seems pretty happy just sleeping. LOL

So Kristy came over yesterday to take some pictures of Aidan. All I have to say is amazingggg.

MY BABY BOY

Our little munchkin has finally arrived. Thank's to Kristy you were all able to see pics of Aidan. He is the love of our life. Words can't describe the instant love you have when that little being comes out. It was amazing and I would do it again.

Neal has been so wonderful to me and to the baby. He loves him sooo much. We have been home since Monday and we are having lots of fun together. I must say that the pooping has got to stop. I can't even begin to tell you how many poopy diapers I change a day. Our first night home was a challange. I was afraid to fall asleep and Neal was awake watching to make sure the dog was behaving. It was not fun but last night was much better. Shamrock and Aidan are adjusting great!!

We took Aidan to the Dr. today and he is doing great. I was so proud of myself for packing my diaper bag. The dr. told us to get him naked for his exam. Well as soon as Neal took off his diaper he peed all over himself and Neal. And there I am with a diaper bag but no change of clothes. LOL

Welcome to the world....Aidan Quinn Harris

Today Neal and Sue welcomed there new Son, Aidan Quinn, into the world. Sue went into labor early Friday morning and it progressed through out the day. Neal came home from work Saturday @1:30 AM to take her the the hospital. Neal said Sue was a real champ in the delivery room! Aidan was born @ 10:30 Saturday morning. He was 7.5 lbs and 19.5 inches. He has dark blonde hair and is very alert and content. He has tiny toes and tiny fingers and you could eat him up! They are so excited to have a healthy, happy baby. Aidan is welcomed into the Harris family as the 19th grandchild and the first grand baby for the Bergh family. He is loved by so many and will be SO spoiled! Aidan is so blessed to have such wonderful, loving parents!

Time to move back in!

So after 5 months of not being in our home we are finally moving back in. Leave it to me and Neal to put such a large project off until the last minute. What turned into a minor renovation of the 1st floor ended up being a complete renovation of the entire house. Now in my 39th week of pregnancy we will be moving back in and I should be able to sleep in my own bed again on my due date of July 14th. LOL
Neal's parents are such wonderful people for taking us in the past 5 months. We are forever thankful to them. We also had so much support from friends and family with the work on the house. I will post some pictures of the before and afters so you can all see how the house turned out.

ME AT MY BABY SHOWER

All I have to say is that this has been quite a year. With all the heartache that we went through last September with the loss of our first baby, the miracle of life filled out lives immediatley after. We were blessed with a healthy pregnancy just a few months later. Now in my 39th week of pregnancy with our son Aidan Quinn. I have had such a wonderful pregnancy......the only complaint is my swollen ankles. I went to the Dr. this past Monday and she said that there is no sign of him coming anytime soon. I go back next Tuesday. I just hope he holds on until after this weekend when we are home again.
I want to thank everyone for your continued support and love. It helped us through this past year.
